Back @ Work Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Logan, UT. The PCC-I will support clinic growth through efficient intake, scheduling, and revenue collection, working with the Clinic Director to execute clinic procedures.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma and strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls; monitor arrival rate through great customer experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently; manage document routing; manage deposits and non-clinical documentation.
• Attend required training and complete quarterly compliance training.
