Homhero is seeking a passionate Training & Support Specialist to join our team on the Gold Coast. This client-facing role sits at the heart of our customer success story, helping holiday rental property managers get the most out of our software from day one.

You will train and support clients, onboard new accounts, and collaborate with RMS Cloud and internal development to deliver high-impact experiences across Australia. If you love helping people and tech, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Experience with holiday rental or short-term rental software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to new and existing clients
• Assist in onboarding and implementation of new clients
• Provide support for RMS Cloud
• Provide support for the software development team
• Meet with clients for in-house and on-site training sessions
• Create and document online guides and knowledge base articles
• Liaise and set up connections with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Marriott
• Take ownership of your role and shape how it evolves
• Grow with a fast-scaling Australian tech company
