Job summary

Frontline Hospitality in the Byron Bay region is seeking a Holiday Manager – Growth & Operations to lead a regional portfolio. You will own performance, drive growth, pricing, and guest satisfaction while building strong relationships with property owners and local stakeholders.

This autonomous leadership role combines business development, operations, team leadership and clear accountability for budgets, profitability and service standards across the portfolio.

Lead the growth, operations and performance of a regional holiday accommodation portfolio.

We are seeking a commercially driven Holiday Manager – Growth & Operations to lead a regional business unit for an established accommodation group.

This autonomous leadership role combines business development, property performance, operations, team leadership and stakeholder management.

The Role

You will take ownership of the region's performance, with responsibilities include:

• Grow the holiday property portfolio and secure new management agreements
• Build and retain strong relationships with property owners
• Drive revenue, pricing and overall portfolio performance
• Lead and develop the local operations team
• Maintain exceptional property and operational standards
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve escalations
• Manage local suppliers, trades and operating costs
• Identify new partnerships and additional revenue opportunities
• Build strong relationships across the local tourism and business community
• Monitor commercial performance, budgets and profitability

About You

You will bring:

• Experience within holiday accommodation, hospitality, tourism, property or real estate
• Strong commercial acumen and P&L understanding
• Proven business development and relationship management skills
• Leadership experience with the ability to build high-performing teams
• Understanding of revenue management, pricing and yield
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, accountable and results-focused approach
• Experience with Guesty, RMS, HomHero or similar systems would be advantageous
