STAFFLINK is a real estate support agency established in 2018, focused on helping Australian agencies operate more efficiently. The role is to analyse current systems, roll out STAFFLINK’s technology and processes, and integrate offshore support while providing training and ongoing guidance.

You will receive a clear onboarding plan led by a Senior CSM, with feedback touch points to support your career progression within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Real estate experience in Property Management, Sales Administration, or Operations.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
• Excellent communication and change-management skills.

The Role
