PropertyNow is hiring a Real estate agent consultant to support and sell, assisting property owners and private sellers. This is a hands-on, work-from-home role with no routine inspections or managing a portfolio.
You'll respond to inquiries, guide customers through listings, explain services, and convert interest into new business. Strong communication, tech comfort, and self-motivation are essential in a fully remote, Australia-wide team.
Qualifications
- Current Queensland individual real estate agent licence
- Experience in residential real estate sales, property management or a related real estate role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and explaining real estate processes clearly
- Confidence with computers, reasonable typing speed, and the ability to learn new systems
- Self-motivation, reliability and the ability to work independently from home

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, SMS and live chat (in one central helpdesk)
- Providing practical real estate guidance to property owners selling or renting privately
- Assisting customers with property listings, advertising and our online platform
- Explaining PropertyNow's services to prospective customers and helping them choose the right solution
- Following up with interested prospects and helping convert enquiries into new customers
- Troubleshooting customer questions and resolving issues with patience and professionalism
- Working collaboratively with our small, supportive team to deliver an excellent customer experience

Explaining PropertyNow's services to prospective customers and helping them choose the right solution
