Qualifications

• Organised and capable of managing a busy day.
• Clear communicator who liaises with customers, technicians and managers.
• Experience in administration or customer service is preferred; air conditioning experience is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and assist with customer enquiries.
• Book appointments and coordinate technician schedules.
• Keep customers informed and manage job information.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries and invoicing-ready files.
• Maintain accurate records and resolve everyday issues.
• Support managers and adapt as priorities shift.
