Job summary

Nine Publishing is seeking an entry-level Client Success Coordinator to drive corporate client satisfaction across print and digital platforms. Reporting to the Client Success Lead, you will manage onboarding, support inquiries, and post-sale care, ensuring accurate records and smooth access for subscribers.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial curiosity and eagerness to identify account growth opportunities.
• High attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational capabilities.
• Digital literacy across MS Office and Google Suite; familiarity with Salesforce or CRMs is a bonus.
• A collaborative team spirit with the confidence to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard corporate subscription clients across print and digital platforms to ensure seamless, timely access.
• Manage and renew existing accounts within the Team Licence portfolio while proactively identifying upselling and growth opportunities.
• Deliver prompt, engaging support for inbound and outbound client enquiries via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot technical access issues and deliver dedicated ongoing post-sale care.
• Maintain accurate client records, user access rights, and publication preferences.
• Drive data accuracy in Salesforce and compile insightful customer satisfaction reports.
