Zusammenfassung

Prime Creative Media is seeking a Client Success Officer who will manage the client experience once advertising has been booked. You will stay in regular contact with clients, help them understand requirements, coordinate advertising material and deadlines, and ensure everything is ready for publication.

You’ll collaborate with the Business Development Managers, editors and the Client Success team to serve as the link between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service is helpful but not required.
• You should be organised and comfortable communicating with customers.
• You take pride in getting the details right.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Communicate with clients daily by phone and email, answering questions and providing support.
• Coordinate advertising material across multiple magazine titles and deadlines to ensure on-time publication.
• Provide guidance on advertising specifications, including dimensions and file requirements.
• Check and upload advertising artwork and organise schedules and client information.
• Proof magazines and eNewsletters before publication and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
