Job summary

Spark Foundry, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a driven Client Coordinator to help deliver media campaigns across digital, performance and traditional channels. You will collaborate with internal teams, media partners and clients to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly, on time and to spec.

You will build strong relationships with partners, manage campaign administration, and support reporting, analysis and optimisation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Curious, detail-oriented and highly organised with excellent communication skills.
• Interest in building a career in media and advertising with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience or exposure to media, marketing or communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of large client campaigns across multiple media channels.
• Coordinate campaign assets, specifications and implementation with internal teams, agencies and partners.
• Assist with campaign trafficking, tracking and on-time launches.
• Monitor delivery and performance, contribute to reporting and optimisation.
