Job summary

QMS Media is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the sales team with campaign maintenance, data handling, bookings and reporting. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, respond to clients professionally, and assist the sales team with various projects to keep momentum high.

Ideal candidates will have qualifications in marketing or a related field, proven admin or sales experience, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

Qualifications in marketing, sales, or a relevant field preferred but not essential.
Proven work experience as an administrator or salesperson.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality administration service to the sales team including campaign maintenance, data management, bookings, and reporting.
Implement and track campaigns from start to finish, respond to clients promptly and professionally.
Support the sales team with projects or tasks as required.
Build positive relationships and assist with post-sale activities such as reporting and client meetings.
