Job summary

NOVA Entertainment is seeking a Sales Implementation Executive to support the delivery of campaigns from booking through to execution in the Brisbane team. You will coordinate with Account Directors and internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on brief, while delivering a high level of client service.

This role suits proactive, creative individuals who thrive on ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating campaigns and client communication.
• Ability to manage multiple campaign tasks across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Directors and the sales team across the client cycle from booking to delivery.
• Serve as a reliable first point of contact after bookings are confirmed.
• Manage campaign materials and instructions with accuracy.
• Collaborate with promotions, talent and sales teams to deliver campaigns.
• Assist with client experience and operational efficiency throughout implementation.
