QMS Media is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the sales team with campaign maintenance, data management, bookings and reporting in a fast-paced outdoor media environment. You will implement campaigns from start to finish, respond to clients promptly, and assist with special projects to keep momentum going.

Competenze

• Qualifications in marketing, sales, or a relevant field preferred but not essential.
• Proven work experience as an administrator or salesperson
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to work under deadlines.

• Provide high quality administration service to the sales team including campaign maintenance, data management, bookings and reporting.
• Implement and track campaigns from start to finish, respond to clients promptly and professionally, assist the sales team with projects or tasks as needed.
• Be the powerhouse behind the Sales team by managing campaigns, building client relationships and ensuring bookings and reports run smoothly.
• Dive into systems and tools to support the team and keep operations running efficiently.
