Job summary

NSW Public Works is seeking a Project Manager to deliver building and civil infrastructure projects on the client side. The role involves regular site inspections while based in an office environment.

You will manage contracts and coordinate with stakeholders to meet time, cost, quality, safety and environmental targets, with the possibility to work on diverse projects. The role includes development opportunities and flexible working conditions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in planning, procurement and delivery of building or civil projects.
• Contract management experience including consultant or construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and contribute to planning and delivery of building/civil projects.
• Ensure time, cost, quality, safety and environment targets are met.
• Administer contracts, including claims evaluation and negotiation.
