NTI Limited is seeking a Client Services Officer to deliver exceptional service to existing clients and support ongoing insurance needs. You’ll learn the insurance industry through collaboration with other departments and receive extensive training, including the chance to gain a Cert IV in General Insurance.

This role emphasizes relationship-building over the phone and via email, with a focus on communication, problem solving, and administration.

Formación

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (face to face or phone).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Driven to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Systems savvy and detail oriented.
