Job summary

You will resolve issues, coordinate assistance with trusted partners, and provide essential administrative support while building a long-term corporate insurance career.

The role is a permanent full-time position, offering 38 hours per week with Tuesday to Saturday shifts, a 12‑week training program, and a path to hybrid work after six months

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or call centre.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a corporate insurance environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and stay calm under pressure.
