Job summary

McConachie Stedman Pty in Clayfield, QLD, seeks an experienced Client Services Officer to join our Financial Planning team. You’ll coordinate client services, support advisers and paraplanners, and ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the advice journey.

This role offers hybrid work with 1–2 days in the Clayfield office weekly. You’ll manage onboarding, schedule meetings, prepare documentation, and support compliance while building strong relationships with clients and product

Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial planning administration or client services.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and a client service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Managing client onboarding.
• Coordinating adviser appointments and review meetings.
• Preparing documentation for client meetings.
• Implementing advice recommendations including superannuation, investment and insurance strategies.
• Liaising with clients, product providers, insurers and external stakeholders.
• Managing ongoing service arrangements and fee consent requirements.
• Tracking and maintaining workflow progress through business systems.
• Maintaining accurate client records and file notes within approved systems.
• Assisting advisers and paraplanners with advice preparation and implementation.
• Coordinating insurance applications, underwriting requirements and claims management.
• Supporting compliance and quality assurance processes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve client service and operational efficiency.
