Job summary

McConachie Stedman Pty in Clayfield, QLD, seeks an experienced Client Services Officer to join our Financial Planning team. You’ll coordinate client services, support advisers and paraplanners, and ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the advice journey.

This role offers hybrid work with 1–2 days in the Clayfield office weekly. You’ll manage onboarding, schedule meetings, prepare documentation, and support compliance while building strong relationships with clients and product

McConachie Stedman is seeking an experienced and motivated Client Services Officer to join our Financial Planning team in Clayfield.

This is an important role within our advice team, responsible for coordinating client services, managing advice implementation, supporting advisers and paraplanners, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the advice journey.

For the right candidate, we are open to a hybrid remote working arrangement, offering the flexibility to work from home while attending our Clayfield office a minimum of one to two days per week.

You will play a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting compliance obligations, coordinating ongoing service activities and building strong relationships with clients and product providers.
