Job summary

Morgans Financial is seeking a friendly, proactive Client Service Officer to join our Mackay branch. You will coordinate end-to-end administration, welcome new clients, maintain records, and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant for a seamless advice experience from the first appointment through ongoing reviews.

You will work with a Financial Planner and our Client Services Team to manage calendars, onboarding, and meeting packs, while keeping clients updated on administrative items.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent time management.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services or professional services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage phone and email enquiries and calendar.
• Coordinate onboarding for new clients and file setup.
• Prepare meeting packs, follow-ups and action tracking.
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records across systems.
• Draft review documentation and reporting for the adviser.
• Support implementation paperwork and provider communications.
