Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner/ Financial Planning Support Officer to join our financial advice team and deliver exceptional client service while coordinating advice documentation and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning, wealth management or financial services administration.
• Strong understanding of financial advice processes and client service standards.
• Experience preparing SOAs, ROAs, review documentation or similar materials.
• Knowledge of superannuation, SMSFs, investments and retirement planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client enquiries and communications.
• Coordinate client review meetings, appointments and follow-up actions.
• Prepare and maintain client documentation, review packs and advice records.
• Assist with the preparation and implementation of Statements of Advice (SOAs) and ongoing service reviews.
• Assist with complex implementation of strategy.
• Liaise with product providers, superannuation funds, accountants and solicitors for clients.
• Ensure client records are maintained accurately within CRM systems.
• Support compliance requirements, KYC obligations and regulatory documentation.
• Process account maintenance requests and client administration activities.
• Work closely with financial advisers to ensure efficient delivery of client services.
• Contribute to a professional client experience and maintain confidentiality.
