Job summary

Donmont Capital Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Client Support Officer to join the financial advice team. This hands-on administration role supports advisers through annual reviews, implementation of advice and ongoing client servicing.

You’ll coordinate the Annual Review book, manage client and provider documentation, and maintain accurate CRM records while delivering a high standard of service within a structured compliance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services or adviser support.
• Familiar with financial advice processes and compliance.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administration of Annual Review book.
• Prepare client files ahead of reviews and documentation.
• Schedule Annual Reviews, client catch-ups and adviser appointments.
• Obtain updated client information and supporting documents.
• Assist with adviser support, product research and implementation tasks.
