Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a financial services, administration or similar role.
• General understanding of the financial services industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer-outcome focus.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail- and deliverable-oriented with ability to follow through and manage outstanding tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality administrative support to the Financial Adviser.
• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of financial advice documents, applications, and follow-ups.
• Deliver all documentation efficiently, accurately and to identified timeframes.
• Schedule and prepare for client meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM and financial planning systems.
• Action workflows within the desired time frame.
• Provide general office support including filing, scanning, and document management.
• Greet clients and prepare refreshments (water, tea, coffee).
• Support a team-oriented, professional environment.
