Job summary

Sherrin Partners in Australia invites a Senior Client Service Officer to join our growing service team in Brisbane or Maroochydore. You will handle phones, emails, diary management, and client inquiries while supporting advisers and maintaining accurate records.

We value attention to detail, the ability to learn new systems quickly, and strong organisation. A bachelor degree in a related field (or progress toward it) is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail.
• Ability to adopt new systems and processes efficiently.
• Ability to prioritise and organise tasks.
• Strong computer and data management skills.
• Experience in a similar role in financial services.
• Determination to succeed, commitment to the business and an eagerness to learn.
• Bachelor degree in related field or working towards this qualification (preferred, not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Basic administration duties including phones, email, diary management, mail, and other ad hoc tasks.
• Manage the implementation of strategy and processing of all documents.
• Manage all work in progress (WIP).
• Maintain and update relevant systems and databases.
• Manage client inquiries with sophistication, empathy and professionalism.
• Liaise with providers.
