Qualifications

• Rostering experience and SCHADS knowledge essential.
• Experience in aged care or disability sectors highly desirable.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Client Services Coordination team across WA.
• Oversee daily scheduling to ensure timely, consistent client services.
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records in the management system.
• Ensure prompt, professional communication with clients and caregivers.
• Coordinate after-hours and weekend on-call rosters.
• Support incident reporting and follow-up to improve care quality.
