Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is seeking a motivated Client Services Officer for the Wonthaggi headspace Centre. You will be the welcoming first point of contact, handle walk-in clients, answer phones and emails, and help coordinate appointments.
This casual, rostered role requires an Office Administration certificate or relevant experience, proficiency with MS Office and MS Dynamics, and a commitment to client confidentiality in a busy service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced Client Services Officer to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV).

Reporting to the Centre Manager, your key responsibilities include supporting Centre management and staff, as well as enabling the Centre to provide high quality service to clients. You will provide a welcoming first point of contact to walk-in clients, directing incoming phone enquiries about our services and responding to emails in a helpful manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring efficient coordination, booking, data entry and processing of all appointments and undertaking basic assessment of client service needs as required.
This role is based at our headspace Wonthaggi Centre and is a casual role. The successful candidate will be working on a roster. The hourly rate for this role is $50.88 per hour inclusive of casual loading.
