Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to support the Greensborough FRC centre. You will be the first point of contact for walk-ins, answer phones and emails, coordinate bookings, and help with appointment processing while maintaining client confidentiality.

The role is based across Greensborough centres, full-time and temporary until November 2027, with a weekly evening shift.

Qualifications

• Office Administration certificate or equivalent.
• Experience handling high volume inbound calls.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and data security.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in clients and respond to enquiries.
• Coordinate appointments, data entry and processing.
• Assist Centre Manager and staff to ensure high-quality services.
