You will work in our Melbourne office at least three days per week, supporting advisors, handling inquiries, and helping to improve client satisfaction with proactive service and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Interest in financial planning or client service required.
• Knowledge of financial products and industry regulations helpful.
• RG146 compliance is required or pursuing within role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact, delivering timely, accurate responses.
• Prepare and process financial planning documents and client reviews.
• Coordinate with advisors on schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Maintain compliance records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and efficiency.
• Support team with everyday client service tasks.
