Job summary

Marsh is seeking a detail-oriented candidate for a Client Operations support role in Sydney or Melbourne, on a hybrid basis requiring at least three days in the office. The entry-level position focuses on administration, documentation across the insurance lifecycle, and system-based data handling.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a broking or operational insurance role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities with clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick learning of new systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents.
• Maintain understanding of insurance-related legislation and customer awareness.
