We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Service team, part of our People and Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in our Melbourne office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As the Client Services Officer you will act as a critical link between our clients, financial advisors and other support staff managing a variety of client service tasks to ensure an outstanding client experience while maintaining compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle compliance requirements, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Be solutions focused and look at areas to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• A strong interest in financial planning, wealth management, or client service role.
• Proficient in Xplan, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite preferred but not essential
• Good understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
• RG146 compliant
• Experience preferred but not essential, we are looking for someone who has a passion for financial planning and looking to grow a career in this field.
