Job summary

ORS Group is seeking an enthusiastic Administration officer for our Wagga Wagga office. The role involves front-of-house duties, handling calls, booking management for NDIS services, and maintaining client records.

You will join a national admin team supporting multiple business functions and enjoy an intensive induction program. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong customer service, excellent communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Administration and/or reception experience preferred

  • Willing to undergo National Police Check
  • Willing to obtain Working with Children or Vulnerable Person check

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming telephone enquiries
  • Manage bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services
  • Front of house duties and greeting clients
  • Allocate referrals to clinicians based on suitability
  • Maintain site presentation and events preparation
  • Complete site audits as required
  • Create and update electronic client records
  • Assist with reporting as required
  • Perform additional administration duties as needed

About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration officer to join our beautiful Wagga Wagga office with 40+ employees on site. Working with a national administration team to support business functions.This is a full time position working Monday – Friday.

Your Duties:
  • Managing Incoming telephone enquiries
  • Managing bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services
  • Front of house duties for the office, greeting clients & customers
  • Allocating new referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience, location and skill set
  • Ownership of site presentation, cleanliness and events preparation
  • Completing site audits as required
  • Creating and updating electronic records for existing clients
  • Assisting with reporting as required
  • Other additional administration duties as required
Role requirements:
  • Administration and/or reception experience (desired, but not essential)
  • Previous Health knowledge (desired, but not essential)
  • Focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willing to undergo a National Police Check
  • Hold a or be willing to obtain Working with Children or Vulnerable Person check
