Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a dedicated front-of-house administrator to support residents and their families, manage enquiries, bookings, and records, and assist the management team in day-to-day operations.
You will contribute to a welcoming environment, ensure privacy and confidentiality, and participate in continuous service improvements aligned with accreditation standards. Applicants with health care or community services experience are encouraged to apply.
This role is central to the delivery of our person-centered approach and is the face of Uniting that goes beyond basic assistance with inquiries and office tasks. You will work collaboratively with the management team to support clients and their families to achieve their goals.
