Job summary

Right at Home Northern Rivers is seeking a Client Services Manager to grow our territory across the Northern Rivers region. Based in West Ballina, the role focuses on building professional relationships with aged care and health professionals, referral partners and community groups to drive service growth and improve client outcomes.

About the opportunity

Based in West Ballina, this full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, building professional relationships, identifying opportunities and turning conversations into meaningful outcomes.

You will take ownership of your territory and develop strong relationships with:

• Aged care and health professionals

• Support coordinators and referral partners

• Community organisations

• Clients and their families

• Local businesses and community networks

You will identify opportunities, develop referral pathways, promote our services and build a strong local presence for the Right at Home brand.

What will make you successful?

You may come from a background in:

• Business development or sales

• Aged care or community care

• Client or care management

• Health or disability

• Relationship management

• Community engagement

We are looking for someone who is:

• Commercially driven and motivated by achieving results

• Naturally confident at building and maintaining relationships

• Comfortable networking and representing a professional brand

• Organised, proactive and strong with follow-up

• Able to manage a pipeline and identify new opportunities

• Comfortable working autonomously and managing a territory

• Passionate about aged care and community services

• Knowledgeable in Support at Home, aged care funding and referral pathways

• Willing to travel throughout the Northern Rivers region

• Current on their driver's licence
