Job summary

Right at Home Gold Coast South is seeking a commercially driven Client Services Manager to grow our presence across Bundall to Tweed Heads. You will build relationships with aged care professionals, coordinate referrals and promote our in-home care services in the Gold Coast South corridor.

The role is based in Bundall, full-time, with significant community engagement and travel within the territory to drive growth and improve community outcomes.

About the opportunity

Based in Bundall, this full-time role will suit someone who enjoys being out in the community, building professional relationships, identifying opportunities and turning conversations into meaningful outcomes.

You will take ownership of your territory across Bundall, the southern Gold Coast and through to Tweed Heads, developing strong relationships with:

• Aged care and health professionals
• Support coordinators and referral partners
• Community organisations
• Clients and their families
• Local businesses and community networks

You will identify new opportunities, develop referral pathways, promote our services and build a strong local presence for the Right at Home brand.

• Business development or sales

• Client or care management
• Health or disability
• Relationship management

• Willing to travel throughout the Gold Coast South and Tweed Heads territory
• Holds a current driver's licence
