CMBM Facility Services is a Queensland-owned and operated business delivering cleaning services across the Rockhampton region. We are seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee cleaning operations across key client sites with an immediate start.

This on-the-road role places you as the main contact for clients and frontline teams, coordinating service delivery, maintaining relationships and promoting additional services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cleaning or similar industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong administration and computer skills incl. Word/Excel/Outlook.
• QLD Driver Licence required.
• Blue Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Police check or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Travel between client sites daily using company vehicle.
• Build and maintain client relationships with staff and contractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and client check-ins.
• Monitor service quality and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and upsell.
• Coach and support frontline teams.
• Use Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint for reporting.
• Assist with stock control and equipment ordering.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and client requirements.

Client Services Manager - Rockhampton Region

CMBM Facility Services is a proudly Queensland-owned and operated business providing high-quality facility and cleaning services across the state. We are seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee cleaning operations across key client sites in the Rockhampton region, with an immediate start available.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, people-focused professional with strong customer service, administration and digital skills who is looking to build a career in the facilities management industry.

About the Role

This is a mobile, on-the-road role where you’ll be the key contact for clients and frontline teams across a variety of sites, including council facilities, offices, medical centres and schools.

Reporting to the Area manager, you will be responsible for supporting service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring our teams consistently deliver high-quality cleaning services. You will use your administrative and technical skills alongside a proactive and personable approach to manage day-to-day operations. Full training will be provided in our cleaning operations, quality standards, products, procedures and compliance requirements.

You will also have the opportunity to grow your portfolio by identifying and promoting additional services such as carpet cleaning, pressure washing and external window cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel between client sites daily - company vehicle provided
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and contractors
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and client check-ins
• Monitor service quality and ensure client expectations are met
• Proactively resolve client issues and identify opportunities for improvementCoach, support and communicate effectively with frontline cleaning teams
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint for communication, reporting and administration
• Learn and use internal systems for timesheets, invoicing and costing
• Assist with stock control and equipment ordering
• Ensure compliance with CMBM procedures, quality standards and client requirements
• Identify and promote opportunities for additional services and account growth

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in the Cleaning or similar industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships
• Strong administration and computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes, including SharePoint and internal software
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on achieving results
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites and priorities
• Confidence identifying sales opportunities and promoting additional services
• A willingness to learn the operational side of the cleaning and facilities industry
• A current QLD Driver Licence – essential
• A current Blue Card or willingness to obtain one – essential
• A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
