Job summary

NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Team Leader Client Services & Listings for Sydney and Parramatta. This temporary full-time role (12 months with possible extension) offers a salary of AU$102,936–AU$113,579 per year, plus employer superannuation and annual leave loading.

You will lead a team delivering high-quality client services and coordinate court listings across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams in a complex operational setting.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality client service and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn Industrial Relations Commission policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team delivering high-quality client services.
• Manage court listings and hearing room coordination across locations to support service delivery.
• Provide expert advice, resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
