Job summary

Aon plc, Sydney CBD, is seeking a Service Executive to join the ACS Global and Corporate team in a hybrid role. You will collaborate with Client Managers, Client Executives and Account Executives across sectors, with strong training and advancement prospects.

Based in our Sydney CBD office, you will progressively take on client portfolio duties, respond to queries, and support insurers while developing professionally within a leading global firm.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial Insurance Sector as broker or similar.
Strong client service mindset.
Excellent communication and relationship skills.
Willingness to learn and develop through training.

Responsibilities

Assisting with client account portfolio management.
Working directly with Client Managers.
Directly managing client queries and being a subject matter expert for portfolio needs.
Attending client meetings and managing relationships with Insurers.
Assisting with tender responses, policy wordings, renewals, claims histories, endorsements and reporting.
Managing quote slips and placing slips.
Managing invoicing and complex premium calculations.
Providing leadership to Service Specialists.
