Aon Risk Services Australia Limited in Sydney CBD is seeking a Service Executive to join the ACS Global and Corporate team. Based in our Sydney office, you will support client account portfolio management and work closely with Client Managers and Account Executives to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial Insurance sector as a broker or similar.
• Comparable client account management or broking experience.
• Commitment to exceptional client service.
• Exceptional relationship and communication skills.
• Desire to develop skills and knowledge through ongoing training.
• Tier 1 qualifications would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with client account portfolio management.
• Working directly alongside Client Managers.
• Directly managing client queries and acting as a subject matter expert for portfolio needs.
• Attending client meetings and managing relationships with Insurers.
• Assisting with tender responses, policy wordings, renewals, claims histories, endorsements, and reporting.
• Managing quote slips and placing slips; managing invoicing and complex premium calculations.
• Providing leadership to Service Specialists.
