Job summary

Aon is seeking a Client Executive for the Global Client Network in Sydney or Melbourne. You will manage a portfolio of multinational clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary relationship contact, coordinating with brokers, insurers, and global teams to deliver outstanding client service and seamless program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service to a portfolio of multinational inward clients, providing contractual and coverage reviews, claims advocacy, broking support, and leading insurer negotiations to achieve favourable renewal outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day servicing of client accounts, ensuring policy documentation, endorsements, renewals, and client queries are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to develop tailored servicing solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance revenue, deepen client relationships, and expand Aon products and services within the portfolio.
• Provide timely insights on emerging risks, market developments, insurer appetite, and industry trends to clients.

Client Executive, Global & Corporate – Global Client Network (Sydney or Melbourne)

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Executive to join our Global Client Network team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of multinational clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary relationship contact. You will work closely with brokers, insurers, overseas Aon colleagues, and specialist teams to deliver outstanding client service, ensure seamless program delivery, and support the retention and growth of client relationships.

This position provides a unique opportunity to deepen your technical knowledge of multinational insurance programs while building strong commercial and relationship management capabilities.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Sydney/Melbourne office.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service to a portfolio of multinational inward clients, providing contractual and coverage reviews, claims advocacy, broking support, and leading insurer negotiations to achieve favourable renewal outcomes.
• Manage the day-to-day servicing requirements of client accounts, ensuring policy documentation, endorsements, renewals, and client queries are handled accurately, efficiently, and within agreed service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders, collaborating with colleagues and senior leaders to develop and implement tailored client servicing solutions.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance revenue, deepen client relationships, and expand the range of Aon products and services delivered within an assigned portfolio.
• Provide clients with timely insights on emerging risks, market developments, insurer appetite, industry trends, and innovative risk management solutions.
• Collaborate with broking, claims, risk consulting, and specialty teams to deliver integrated solutions that address clients' evolving business needs.
• Drive portfolio retention through proactive engagement, strategic account planning, and the consistent delivery of high-quality client outcomes.
