Role includes collating tax returns and financial statements, ATO liaison, payment arrangements, and ensuring timely lodgments. Experience with Office 365, DocuSign, Xero and MYOB AE preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an accounting firm for a minimum of 3 years.
• Experience with Office 365, DocuSign, Xero, MYOB AE

Responsibilities

• Collating tax returns and financial statements
• ATO calls/portal requests, remission requests, payment arrangements via phone call or ATO portal
• Banking/Post office payments
• Contacting clients to get the work in/ chase missing information
• Lodgement list - Ensuring team has their jobs in/out in a timely manner to lodge clients tax returns by the due date
• Chasing any debts
• Reviewing WIP - ensuring bills are not missed and WIP is tidy.
