Job summary

genU is seeking an organised Client Services Coordinator to guide clients and families from initial enquiry through onboarding and service coordination for disability and aged care services. You will provide clear information about support options, coordinate services, and help clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.

You’ll work with service delivery leads and finance teams to ensure accurate documentation, plan activation, and timely service delivery, while building strong

Qualifications

• Qualifications in human services or equivalent required.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client intake and onboarding with accurate documentation.
• Prepare service options aligned with funded plans and client goals.
• Explain NDIS, aged care and funding options to clients and families.
• Support clients throughout their service journey from intake to plan management.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems and with service delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Leads, scheduling and finance teams to ensure smooth services.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and stakeholders.
