ECKOO is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to be the vital link between our clients and technical teams. You’ll handle inquiries, coordinate information and help ensure a positive, consistent experience.
No deep technical expertise required at start; training will cover our services and systems, including the 4wardX platform. You’ll build client relationships and support onboarding, meetings and documentation.

You may already have experience in customer service, administration, client services, account coordination, service coordination, telecommunications, technology or another customer-facing environment — or you may be looking to take the next step in your career.
You’ll receive training and support to build your understanding of our services, systems and clients.
As a Client Services Coordinator, you’ll be an important point of contact for our existing clients and will work closely with our technical and leadership teams to ensure clients receive a positive and consistent experience.
Your role will involve communicating with clients, coordinating information, following up requests and helping make sure things happen when they should. You’ll build an understanding of our clients and their needs and help connect them with the right people within our business.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, administration, coordination and relationship management. You don’t need to be a technical expert — we’ll help you develop your understanding of our technology solutions and services.

An understanding of the following would be advantageous, but training will be provided:
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Blue Card prior to commencement.
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check prior to commencement.
