Job summary

MSC Group is seeking a Client Services Associate to join our team on Clarence Street, Sydney. You will be the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to complex transaction documents.

Reporting to a Relationship Manager, you will build strong client relationships, review legal documents, log incidents in the compliance system, assist with billing, and help onboard/offboard clients.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in financial services (trustee industry a plus).
• Strong ability to read, interpret and negotiate legal/contractual documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients and service providers.
• Maintain client relationships and manage operational and administrative matters.
• Review documentation related to credits and real estate as part of client relationships.
• Keep systems up to date; log incidents in the compliance management system.
