Job summary

FS Recruitment Solutions in Sydney's southern suburbs is seeking a Client Services Officer for a respected financial planning and accounting firm. You will work closely with advisers, clients and providers to move advice from recommendation through to implementation, delivering a seamless client experience.

You'll support client reviews, prepare documentation, liaise with platforms and fund managers, and build strong relationships while maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning administration or client services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 and financial planning software.
• Experience with AdviserLogic or similar software will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support advisers through the end-to-end implementation of financial advice.
• Manage client reviews, meeting preparation and ongoing service requirements.
• Prepare advice documentation, applications and client correspondence.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
• Liaise with platforms, fund managers, insurers and product providers.
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance requirements.
• Ensure client matters are progressed efficiently and professionally.
