Job summary

Bentley, a boutique accounting firm on the Sunshine Coast, is seeking a Client Service Administrator to join their team. This pivotal role provides essential support to a group of Accountants and ensures smooth daily operations in a busy firm.

You will liaise with the ATO and ASIC, handle client queries, prepare correspondence and documents, manage calendars, invoicing and lodgments, and help maintain client and practice databases with a proactive, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar CSA/administration role, preferably in accounting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the ATO.
• Liaise with ASIC & undertake corporate compliance duties.
• Deal directly with clients to assist with queries.
• Prepare correspondence and documents.
• Manage workflow and deadlines.
• Maintain database.
• Invoicing.
