You'll have your own responsibilities, established processes and the support to do your job well.
Managing tenant emails, appointment confirmations and rescheduling requests
Working with our scheduling team to coordinate appointment changes
Keeping property access information accurate and up to date
Responding to client enquiries and helping answer incoming calls
Assisting with compliance documentation and homeowner quote follow-ups
Pitching in with general office administration when needed
You don't need to know anything about smoke alarms. We'll teach you that.
We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude who takes pride in their work.
At least 12 months' experience in administration, reception or customer service
A friendly and confident manner with customers
Good attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy inbox
Confidence using computers and learning new systems
Initiative and a willingness to take ownership of your work
A good sense of humour will definitely help around here!
Experience in real estate or property management is a bonus, but not essential.
Good people, good atmosphere. There's plenty of banter around the office, and we're a team that backs each other up when things get busy.
Approachable management. Ideas are welcome, and we'd rather have a conversation than send five emails about something.
Proper training and support. You'll have clear responsibilities and the opportunity to learn the technical side of smoke alarms, including basic troubleshooting and compliance requirements.
A growing business. We're always looking for better ways to do things, and we value people who want to contribute rather than just follow a process.
