Findex in Bathurst is seeking a proactive, organised administrator who enjoys client contact and teamwork. This permanent, office-based role supports our Business Advisory team with a mix of tax lodging, ATO correspondence, and financial package preparation.

You will assist front desk duties, handle calls and mail, manage invoicing and WIP, and coordinate with advisors, partners and staff to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience with administrative tasks like lodging tax returns and ATO correspondence.
• Experience in front desk duties and client greeting.
• Invoicing and WIP management experience.
• Strong communication with advisors and staff.
• Ability to work with ASIC requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lodge tax returns and manage ATO correspondence.
• Prepare financial packages for clients.
• Support front desk duties and greet clients.
• Invoicing and WIP management; liaise with advisors and staff.
• Coordinate with accountants and partners to deliver service.
• Attend to ASIC requirements and new entity setups.
