Job summary

Keegan Adams Recruitment is partnering with a leading global asset management organisation to recruit a Reporting Analyst to join its Client Implementation and Reporting team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded individual with experience in funds management, investment operations or financial services reporting to further develop your career within a global investment management environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in funds management, investment operations or financial services reporting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence with data, spreadsheets and reporting systems.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to meet monthly/quarterly deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
• Interest in technology, reporting automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting for institutional clients across funds and mandates.
• Manage ad hoc client reporting requests (investment commentary, holdings, etc.).
• Support reporting and data requests from institutional and wholesale teams.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Develop and maintain customised reporting templates.
• Collaborate with client services, distribution and technology teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
