Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting for institutional clients across funds and mandates.

• Support reporting and data requests from institutional and wholesale teams.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Develop and maintain customised reporting templates.
• Collaborate with client services, distribution and technology teams to ensure reporting accuracy.

Reporting to the Client Reporting Manager, you will play an important role in delivering accurate and timely reporting to institutional and wholesale clients across Australia.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of internal stakeholders, investment data and reporting systems, alongside the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting for institutional clients across pooled investment funds and mandates.

• Manage ad hoc client reporting requests, including investment commentary, portfolio holdings and other investment information.

• Support reporting and data requests from institutional and wholesale distribution teams.

• Assist with internal and external audit requests.

• Develop and maintain customised reporting templates.

• Work closely with client services, distribution and technology teams to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, improve data quality and enhance operational efficiency.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of the client reporting function.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will ideally demonstrate:

• Experience within funds management, investment operations, client reporting or a similar financial services environment.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Confidence working with data, spreadsheets and reporting systems.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet recurring monthly and quarterly deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.

• An interest in technology, reporting automation and continuous improvement.

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business or a related discipline would be advantageous.
