Job summary

Keegan Adams Recruitment is seeking a Client Implementation Analyst for a leading global asset management organization in Sydney. The role focuses on onboarding wholesale clients, managing distributor relationships and ensuring governance across contracts and rebates.

You will coordinate onboarding, support distribution and rebates, liaise with third-party service providers, and contribute to continuous improvement across processes and controls. This 12-month FTC may transition to permanent.

Qualifications

• Experience within funds, platforms, wealth management or a related financial services environment.
• Exposure to client onboarding, wholesale distribution, investment platforms or pooled funds.
• Experience working with internal operational teams and external service providers.
• Understanding of regulatory and operational requirements within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wholesale client onboarding activities and ensure operational readiness.

• Assist with the implementation and processing of management fee rebates.
• Liaise with distributors, registries, custodians and other third-party service providers.

Client Implementation Analyst - Funds Management - 12 Month FTC

Our client is a leading global asset management business seeking a Client Implementation Analyst to support the onboarding and ongoing management of its wholesale clients and distributor relationships.

Working across a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will coordinate onboarding activities, support contract governance, manage distribution and rebate arrangements, and contribute to continuous improvement across the team's processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate wholesale client onboarding activities and ensure operational readiness.
• Support the management of distribution, platform and rebate agreements.
• Assist with the implementation and processing of management fee rebates.
• Liaise with distributors, registries, custodians and other third-party service providers.
• Prepare accurate flow and funds under management reporting.
• Maintain contracts, records and registers in line with governance requirements.
• Contribute to projects, working groups and change initiatives across the business.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience within funds, platforms, wealth managementor a related financial services environment.
• Exposure to client onboarding, wholesale distribution, investment platforms or pooled funds.
• Experience working with internal operational teams and external service providers.
• An understanding of the regulatory and operational requirements within financial services.
• Familiarity with Design and Distribution Obligations and RG146 is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
