Lander & Rogers in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Workplace Relations & Safety team. You will work on high-profile employment matters for major employers, including industrial disputes, complex enterprise bargaining and dismissal-related litigation.

This role requires strong drafting, strategic advisory and advocacy, mentoring junior lawyers, and building lasting client relationships, with hybrid work options balancing home and office while you contribute to an authentic,

Competenze

Tertiary qualification in Law and a current Practising Certificate.
5–8 years PAE in Employment Law, preferably in a law practice.
Strong legal drafting, analytical, and investigative skills.
Proven ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organised with the ability to plan and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

Preparing written advices regarding employment and industrial relations matters.
Providing strategic advice on disputes and regulatory issues.
Appearing before relevant courts or tribunals as required.
Researching case law and providing legal analysis.
Drafting court documents and settlements.
Mentoring junior lawyers and supporting graduates.
