What you'll be doing

You'll be the connection point between our clients and team, helping deliver an exceptional experience while keeping everything organised behind the scenes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted point of contact
• Responding to enquiries and keeping clients informed
• Coordinating workflows, deadlines and follow-ups
• Preparing client documents and managing information requests
• Maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up to date
• Working closely with our local and offshore teams to keep work moving
• Supporting client events, team initiatives and office activities
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and client experiences
